How to book

Once you have decided to proceed, please read our Booking Conditions and then log in to myScottDunn to review your itinerary, personal details and pay your deposit online. Alternatively, call us to book and pay your deposit over the phone.



We'll take care of the rest

Subject to the availability of your chosen holiday and receipt of all applicable payments, we will book your arrangements, process your deposit and send you a receipt letter. We'll then issue your confirmation invoice, your itinerary and any additional holiday information when all bookings are confirmed. Once your final payment has been received, your final documents will be sent to approximately 1-2 weeks prior to your departure.


Important:

Please note that the payment of your deposit signifies acceptance of our Booking Conditions.

In recognition of the surge in risk posed by cybercrime relating to bank account details, it is important to highlight that we will not change our bank account information for payment of your holiday at any stage during the transaction process. This could be received as an attachment or a link and therefore please exercise caution when opening any communication claiming to come from us in reference to new bank information.

We will not accept responsibility if you transfer money into an incorrect bank account. Sometimes we have seen threat actors change the telephone number referenced on the signature on spoof emails, and they pretend to be the contact when someone phones up to verify the change, please speak to your Travel Consultant to verify its authenticity.
