We've made sure the process of booking your holiday with us is as easy and straightforward as possible. Please don't hesitate to contact your travel specialist who will be happy to help you.
How to book
Once you have decided to proceed, please read our Terms & Conditions and then log in to myScottDunn to review your itinerary, personal details and pay your deposit online. Alternatively, call us to book and pay your deposit over the phone.
We'll take care of the rest
Subject to the availability of your chosen holiday and receipt of all applicable payments, we will book your arrangements, process your deposit and send you a receipt letter. We'll then issue your confirmation invoice, your itinerary and any additional holiday information when all bookings are confirmed. Once your final payment has been received, your final documents will be sent to you 2-4 weeks prior to your departure.
Important: Please note that the payment of your deposit signifies acceptance of our Terms & Conditions.
