Mid-range

Dharampani Lodge

With excellent food and service, the tented wilderness camp of Dharampani Lodge, accessed only by boat, provides a fantastic overnight stop on your Nepalese rafting adventure between Pokhara and Chitwan.

Seti River, Nepal
Dharampani Lodge
  • Fantastic 2 or 3 day experience which links Pokhara with Chitwan National Park

  • En-suite tents with comfortable beds

  • Base to explore the local rural areas that are some of the most untouched in Nepal

  • Excellent food which is included as part of the raft

Dharampani Lodge, located right on the banks of the Seti River, offers en-suite tents, delicious cuisine and plenty of space to unwind and relax. As the camp sits half way along your rafting adventure along the Seti River here you will have the opportunity to be as active or relaxed as you wish, with plenty of walks to be taken in the area alongside a plethora of places to relax including small hammocks and outdoor seating from which to soak in your surroundings.

As there is no road access to Dharampani Lodge the area is totally unspoiled and remote. The camp is set within a grove of trees and is just moments from the beach and river. Accommodation consists of safari style tents with separate washing facilities and all the amenities required for your stay. There is a main dining area where both continental and Nepalese cuisine is served. Given the remote location there is no electricity and so kerosene lamps, torches and candles are provided. Throughout your stay you will be looked after by the fantastic staff, who are very knowledgeable and passionate about the places they take you to see.

The most popular rafting trip incorporating Dharampani Lodge takes two days and is a fantastic experience for those after a little adventure. The rafts are imported from America and are 14 foot long, crewed by experienced guides and boat boys. As a guest you can choose to paddle or simply enjoy the scenery.
