Ashley Hall
After a solo trip to Cameroon at the age of 18, I fell in love with the world of travel. After studying international relations and European studies in college, I moved to Italy for the opportunity to immerse myself in the culture and explore Europe.
Some of my magical moments abroad have included learning to cook pasta in southern Italy, visiting the national parks of Croatia, seeing the northern lights in Swedish Lapland, and eating endless tapas in Spain. There are so many beautiful places to experience, I would love to use my first-hand experience to help you do so

For the best chance of seeing the northern lights, go to Lapland in late winter (February/March). The days are longer, it’s not as cold and the crowds have lessened. The Aurora Borealis also tend to be stronger during the fall and spring equinoxes.
