It is very difficult to predict the weather in the United Kingdom - in the summer from May to late September is generally seen as the most pleasant time to visit. Rainfall is difficult to predict - but the UK does not receive as much as many are led to believe! In the winters, temperatures do fall, but the Christmas atmosphere in London is not to be missed.

Day 2 - Daylesford Organic Farm and Cotswolds Distillery
Meet your knowledgeable local guide and spend some time this morning exploring the charming village of Broadway, often referred to as the “Jewel of the Cotswolds,” with its historic limestone cottages and vibrant arts scene. After soaking in the village’s beauty, head to the renowned Daylesford Organic Farm, where a privately guided cookery class awaits, teaching you to create dishes inspired by the freshest local ingredients.
In the afternoon, delve into the world of craft spirits at the Cotswolds Distillery, where you’ll enjoy a masterclass in your choice of whiskey or gin, discovering the intricate art of distillation. Your guide will return you to your hotel, where a serene evening of relaxation beckons.

Day 3 - Journey to Devon

After savouring Bristol’s flavours, continue your scenic drive south to Lympstone Manor, a luxurious retreat nestled on the Exe Estuary. Upon arrival, indulge in an elegant afternoon tea, where delicate pastries, freshly baked scones, and fine teas are served with stunning views of the surrounding countryside, setting the tone for your serene Devon escape.
Day 4 - Kitchen Garden Exploration
Begin your day soaking in the natural beauty of Devon’s southern coastline, perhaps with a refreshing walk along a sandy beach or a peaceful coastal trail. As midday approaches, savour a farm-to-table dining experience with a kitchen garden lunch at The Pig at Combe, where seasonal, homegrown ingredients take centre stage.

Day 6 - Camel Valley and Nathan Outlaw
Start your morning with a journey to the quaint coastal village of Port Isaac, famed for its winding streets and timeless charm. Spend some time wandering its narrow lanes and soaking up the seaside atmosphere before indulging in a memorable lunch at one of Nathan Outlaw’s celebrated restaurants: The Fish Kitchen, offering a cosy, seafood-focused experience, or Outlaw’s New Road, where locally sourced ingredients are transformed into refined yet approachable dishes.
End your day at Camel Valley Vineyard, a jewel of Cornwall’s wine scene, where you’ll tour the sun-drenched slopes and learn about the crafting of their renowned English sparkling wines, perhaps enjoying a tasting of their award-winning vintages.
Day 7 - Depart
A private transfer will collect you from your accommodation and take you to the airport to make your onward connections. Waving farewell for now but taking with you special memories and wonderful stories of your explorations.
