Head to Frenchman’s Bay for an aerial survey of your new surroundings aboard an authentic 1930’s biplane. Enjoy stunning bird’s-eye views of Acadia’s rugged rock-bound shores, islands, lakes and beaches against the romantic backdrop of the setting sun. Fly over the stately homes of Mt. Desert Island and see if you can pick out all seven of the nearby lighthouses from the air. Once back on terra firma, make your way back to your hotel and enjoy the rest of your evening.  

Board a state-of-the-art, inflatable motorized whitewater boat to run the mighty rapids of the Colorado River through the heart of Canyonlands National Park. Take in the incredible views while lazily drifting along the upper river, as your guide points out the unique onshore flora and fauna. Swim, hike, or simply enjoy the sun during this portion of the day. Then, pull up on a riverbank and dine on a buffet-style picnic lunch, before heading downstream to enter the much-anticipated rapids. (If you would prefer a less rigorous day, you may opt for a calm-water cruise instead.) Finish the tour by zipping across Lake Powell, and board a small plane for a short, scenic flight back to the marina, where you will meet your chauffer and return to your hotel.  

Visit a nearby ranch for a once-in-a-lifetime experience: meeting a real-life cowboy who will demonstrate his unique horse whispering skills to gently tame unruly stallions. This centuries-old method of communicating with and calming horses is still used today by cowboys practicing natural horsemanship. During a typical demonstration, you will watch as the whisperer works with the horse, explaining the techniques he uses to communicate, and the process of breaking a horse. Then, enjoy a gourmet outdoor lunch and breathtaking views of the Grand Tetons. 

Drive along rugged mountain faces and pass by wondrous wild country teeming with wildlife as you traverse Glacier National Park on the Going-to-the-Sun Road. Upon arriving at the dock, you will board the first of two historic wooden boats– privatized just for you– that will take you to visit two magical lakes each offering unique and unforgettable views of the park’s glaciers. The first lake, Swiftcurrent, offers a serene and spiritual setting as you glide across its glossy waters and look down its lush valleys framed by imposing mountain ranges. Between here and the next lake, Lake Josephine, is a short stretch of land. Disembark and walk 300 meters over a little hill to reach the second boat; then set out to explore the emerald-hued lake and its untamed shoreline. Take pictures of the glaciers strewn on the horizon, before returning to the land to re-board the first boat waiting on Swiftcurrent.    

Welcome to your private wonderland where your gang is on the run and outnumbered by the law. Drop your bags at your well-appointed luxury glamp camp—canvas tents and a communal tipi are provided along with outdoor facilities and a roaring campfire. Follow the sound of the beating drum and prepare to be enraptured by your welcoming ceremony. Your day’s outing will take you to explore some of the most interesting nearby geological features that have been beautifully sculpted by water and weather over millions of years. These canyon mazes are true wonders of Mother Nature’s very own brand of rock art.  Upon returning to camp, relax or continue the adventure on a rappelling and hiking excursion through narrow slot canyons.
