Surrounded by 1,500 acres of private vineyards, The Vines Resort & Spa features sleek, modern architecture and 21 expansive private villas – all with private living rooms, kitchenettes and outdoor decks. Many villas showcase breathtaking views of the Andes Mountains and vineyards below.
Interiors are modern and minimal, however locally sourced stone and wood details, along with rich fabrics, ensure a cosy and comfortable feel. Villas also feature complimentary WiFi, Sonos sound systems, a complimentary mini bar and flat screen smart televisions with Apple TV. Spacious bathrooms feature signature spa products created by Fuegia 1833 in addition to dual vanity sinks and rain shower heads. A small spa is available for a variety of massages and treatments and the state-of-the-art fitness centre is perfectly set above the vineyards for 360-degree views of the mountains and surrounding scenery. The Resort’s swimming pool is the best in the Uco Valley and offers lounge chairs, as well as private cabanas which once more maximise those incredible views.
Internationally acclaimed Argentine chef Francis Mallmann showcases the best of Argentine cuisine at the hotel's signature restaurant, Siete Fuegos. Translated to “seven fires,” the restaurant showcases Mallmann’s open flame cooking techniques, inspired by Argentine gauchos and refined throughout 12,000 years of history, with a touch of French influence from Francis' years in Paris and the Hamptons. Here you can enjoy sampling delicious local, seasonal ingredients paired with the restaurant's selection of Argentina's best wines - 250 - carefully curated by The Vines’ Wine Director and sommelier team. The Vines Resort & Spa also has five separate wineries offering tastings on the property, including four privately owned brands and the resort's own.
