In this small colonial town there are vineyards and wine cellars galore - a wonderful location from which to explore some of Argentina's best wines.
The guest rooms have access to a spacious covered balcony overlooking the vineyards, granite hills, and Cafayate Canyon. There is a comfortable lounge with fireplace and library, an interior courtyard, a swimming pool and spacious solarium in the garden.
The cuisine is regional and international with, of course, an exceptional wine list of local wines. The garden grows its own organic vegetables. Cafayate takes two hours by plane from Buenos Aires and is a two and a half hour drive from the city of Salta.
