Belize's climate is marked by two distinct seasons, the rainy season (June to November) and the drier season (December to May). The most popular time of the year for travellers to Belize is November to May, which are the winter months of the Northern Hemisphere. Due to the proximity of the USA please note that Belize gets booked months in advance so best to plan early, especially over Christmas, Easter and American public holidays.

Fly to Miami
Miami, Florida
Fly into Miami, heading straight for the fun and uber-cool Miami Beach EDITION for a couple of nights of relaxation before you fly into the jungles of Belize. Spend your days enjoying some of the most exciting cuisine in the United States, relax poolside, enjoy some of the live music scene or explore Miami's unique art deco architecture.

Cayo District, Mayan Mountains, Belize
From here, kick start the adventure with a flight down to Belize City and on to the cooler hills of the Maya Highlands. Adventures abound in this region, from horse riding to canoeing, walking along the nature trails to spot wildlife and exploring the lesser known Maya ruins of Belize and jungle cave systems to discover ancient treasures.

Mountain Pine Ridge, Belize
A 2.5-hour drive brings you to the forested highlands of Mountain Pine Ridge where you can indulge in an exciting array of activities and observe yet more of Belize’s incredible exotic wildlife. Explore the surrounding nature reserves which are dotted with nature trails and waterfalls, opting to travel on foot, by mountain bike or even on horseback. Visit nearby caves and ancient burial grounds, as well as nearby Mayan ruins for a dose of culture.

Ambergris Caye, Belize
Finish with some relaxation by the beach, on the beautiful island of Ambergris Caye. Stay in beautiful accommodation just steps from the beach. Enjoy superb snorkelling and reef diving offshore on the Belize barrier reef, relax by the pool or on the beach, get stuck into some yoga, go salt water fly fishing, take boat trips or even go ziplining through the jungle canopy to finish your Belize journey with a bang.
