Originally built in the 1960s, Hare Nua Hotel Boutique, or 'grandma's house', is one of Rapa Nui's few original houses. Today it is a completely renovated boutique hotel with 20 rooms, located on the town's main street. You are perfectly situated within close walking distance of all shops, restaurants and the sea, making it the perfect launchpad for excursions and adventures around the island.
During your stay you each morning you will enjoy an organic breakfast, made from produce grown in the hotel's own garden.
Every thought has gone into the set up, service and ambiance of the hotel to ensure you feel at home whilst staying in this isolated, rugged and magical corner of the world. The aim is to offer you an environment to relax and unwind in the oasis provided by Hare Nua, in between exciting explorations to learn about the history and culture of the island.
