Nanjing

Second only to Beijing, Nanjing has seen more historical events than any other cities in China. Nanjing serves as the capital of six dynasties, including the founding of Ming Dynasty before its capital was moved to Beijing. More recently, Nanjing is where the father of modern China founded the Republic of China. Today, his mausoleum remains as one of the most impressive sights in Eastern China.

Nanjing

Situated at the heart of the Yangtze River's lower reaches before it clears into the ocean, Nanjing has developed into one of China's largest economic zones, flanked by wide boulevards, green spaces and scenic areas such as the Xuanwu Lake and Purple Mountain. With its complex, multi-faced history, Nanjing unravels deep layers of histories waiting to be told.
