Costa Ballena

Stretching out languorously between the villages of Dominical, Uvita and Ojochal, the Costa Ballena is a postcard-perfect coastline of deserted beaches, coconut groves, and white-crested surf breaks. Away from the beach, the rainforest interior offers zip-lining, white-water rafting, waterfall rappelling and extraordinary wildlife, while offshore humpback whales can be seen during mating season.
