Mashpi Life Centre
A centre for learning and research, the Life Centre at Mashpi is a great place from which to observe wildlife and learn more about the surrounding cloudforest which is brimming with birdlife and rare species of flora.
A number of local biologists work from the life centre, conducting research on the local flora and fauna; guests have the opportunity to interact with the biologists and view some live examples of the ongoing programmes.
Close to the centre is an area established for growing medicinal plants and a variety of fresh fruits and herbs. An abundance of wildlife is attracted to this area which can be viewed easily from the observation deck.
