NOS is a sophisticated haven on the Island of Stifnos. Tucked away on a rocky outcrop close to the beautiful bay of Faros, perfect for swimming the clear blue calm waters. The talented design team have used traditional materials to create an elegant style throughout the hotel with chic modern twists to create a contemporary feel that welcomes and relaxes you.

The stone buildings have been cleverly designed to create an a typical Sifnos village, connected by narrow cobbled paths and courtyards, leading to the restaurant, infinity pool area, terraces and the decadent rooms and villas. There are 18 spacious rooms that are bright and airy with a great choice of in room facilities and en-suite bathrooms, opening on to terraces, balconies and secluded courtyards. 11 of the room have a plunge pool, enclosed by tall stone walls offering a high level of privacy.

The restaurant showcases a striking Greek inspired menu created by chef Gerasimos Mitrakis, focussing on local ingredients and cooking techniques, with a strong mantra of zero waste. As the sunsets over the Aegean you will be treated to a sublime cocktail menu, ready to sip as you bask in the twilight and balmy breeze, with not a care in the world as you soak up the mesmerising view.

The location of NOS allows you to really explore this sleepy Greek island. With the traditional fishing village of Faros just a few hundred yards away you can make the most of the beach and bay with a good range of tavernas to try. This coastal area offers a multitude of hiking trails, boat trips to explore the many bays, including trips on the hotel’s very own speedboat. A short boat trip away from Sifnos, you will find Polyaigos, a small uninhabited island with stunning beaches and large sea caves to explore.
