The restaurant is blessed with magical panoramic views of Mount Etna and the Bay of Taormina, the menu focuses on seasonal produce and local specialities including Pachino cherry tomatoes and Bronte pistachios. The poolside bar serves a wide variety of drinks, cocktails and snacks to enjoy in the peaceful garden surroundings.

Belmond Grand Hotel Timeo is located in the centre of Taormina, a beautiful hillside town. The hotel has a prime position in front of the Greek Theatre, overlooking the bay of Taormina and Mount Etna.
It is a 3-hour British Airways scheduled flight to Catania International Airport Fontanarossa, from London Gatwick. From the airport it's a 50-minute drive to the hotel.
