Boasting a prized location close to the beach within a quiet secluded area of the resort, this 5-star hotel has its own heated pool with sea views and the lovely Cavalieri Restaurant for dining al fresco.

Guests can choose from a range of well-appointed rooms within the main building, garden bungalows and sophisticated suites. Rooms sleep up to two adults and a child, while those that fall into the Luxury Room category can also accommodate an infant. Connectivity is available for larger families. Families can also opt for a Garden Bungalow which are sited close to the Castello pool, seaside restaurants and beach. The largest sleep up to two adults and three children, but it is possible to combine those spread across two floors for larger groups. All enjoy a patio or terrace and dedicated concierge.

Alternatively, suite accommodation is located on the 4th and 5th floors of the main building with a dedicated VIP reception and private lift. To get the most from the experience, we’d recommend the Presidential Suite with large terrace, garden, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a separate living room. Certain suites can also be connected on request.

While Garden Bungalow guests enjoy breakfast at the buffet restaurant, Bellavista, those in Room and Suite accommodation breakfast at the Cavalieri Restaurant. For dinner, guests can choose from a wide range of the resort’s dining venues at no extra cost. This choice varies with accommodation category, but all include Pineta, Bellavista, the Forte Grill, Brazilian and Sardinian restaurants.

Forte Village has all the ingredients for a spectacular holiday for all ages and persuasions. Voted as one of the world’s finest resorts by Forbes and the World Travel Awards, the leisure facilities on offer are impressive. Families will appreciate Children’s World, which provides expert supervision and activities in a dedicated part of the resort which plays host to an Acquapark, Kids Train, Mario Village and Barbie House. There are also 25 sports academies where guests can improve their skills including the Real Madrid Foundation Clinic for footballers, Tullet Art Academy, Sailing Academy and Cooking Academy.

Adults will enjoy relaxing at the Acquaforte Thalasso Spa, where six saltwater Thalasso pools are dotted throughout the tropical gardens. Massage and beauty treatments, Turkish baths, wellbeing consultations and a well-equipped gym are also on offer. Along with enjoying beach life, guests can shop at the Piazetta or take in some world-class entertainment at Piazza Luisa, where past acts have included Nile Rogers, Andrea Bocelli, Mika, and Sting.
