Private wine tasting and lunch at Quinta de Santana

After an explanation about the property, you will be taken into the realm of the wine production and the vineyards on a private visit. The wine tasting that will follow in the old wine cellar is the time to finally appreciate all of the tradition and time that have been put into winemaking. Following the wine tasting, you'll enjoy a delicious picnic lunch in the vineyards.
Dating back to the 17th century, this beautiful estate was later given by King Carlos I to one of his mistresses, for whom he even built a private theater. Much later, the Baron von Fürstenberg acquired the property, whose daughter married an Englishman, and it’s this couple and their winemaker who invite guests from all over the world nowadays to discover the wonderful world of the Quinta de Sant’Ana.
