Best Time to Visit Rwanda
Ultimately the best time to visit Rwanda is all year round, so long as you are comfortable with a little rain. Given that most of the main wilderness areas in Rwanda are rainforests (apart from Akagera), rain could occur at any time. However, June – September is going to be the driest time of year which works out really well if you are combining Rwanda with safari in Kenya, Tanzania or somewhere in Southern Africa. Due to its proximity to the equator, temperatures throughout the year do not vary drastically. Expect warm days and cool nights.
