Opening its doors in the summer of 2013, JK Place Roma has had just as much success as its sister hotels in Florence and Capri. The long awaited arrival of the boutique hotel has certainly been worth it and Michele Bönan, designer of all three JK Places has triumphed with his latest work.
Similar in style to the others, JK Place Roma is contemporary classic; more urban chic than JK Capri and more vibrant than Florence, it's a wonderful juxtaposition to the historical centre and Eternal City in which the hotel is situated. Moments from the achingly fashionable Via dei Condotti and up to the Spanish Steps to its left and the River Tiber to its right, JK Roma could not have a better position and you'll find yourself surrounded by fabulous restaurants, shops and sights.
The hotel has just 26 rooms and 4 suites, all beautifully appointed with wood-panelled walls, luxurious marble bathrooms and canopied rosewood four poster beds and complimentary mini-bars.
The hotel offers food around the clock in the stylish JK Cafe. The chef uses fresh produce to prepare Italian favourites throughout the day. The hotel bar offers snacks throughout the day and bar man whips up cocktails to order, perfect after a day around the shops and sightseeing.
