The 429 rooms and suites are of a good standard with large plush beds, stylish décor, and tasteful furnishings. Standard, Deluxe and Terrace Rooms can accommodate an extra bed to sleep up to three guests. Standard Rooms offer mountain views, while Deluxe Rooms overlook the ocean. Or for direct access to the gardens, book a Terrace Room. Terrace Rooms also feature ondol underfloor heating and traditional Korean window screens, so offer a taste of local character. For extra space book a Premier Room which includes a generous seating area or a Premier Terrace Room, which again features traditional Korean décor and direct access to the gardens.
Alternatively, guests can choose from six categories of suite accommodation. Corner Suites are on two floors with separate living room and bedroom, while Pacific Deluxe Suites are designed as studio rooms. Ideal for romantic couples, they feature sea views from the comfort of the bathtub. For the optimum in space and style, book the Presidential or the Royal Suite, which include two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, whirlpool, and furnished balcony.
There are three onsite restaurants. Cheonjee serves Korean food and Jeju regional specialities or head to Hinode for authentic Japanese flavours. Guests can also enjoy buffet-style European cuisine at The Parkview. There is a bakery for light snacks on the 6th floor by the lobby lounge, Badang, where the café serves beverages and snacks. For drinks and snacks throughout the day, the Poolside Bar makes a great setting, after dark Ollae Bar is a great place to unwind.
The resort boasts three swimming pools, including an adult only pool, a family pool, and an indoor pool. Deluxe Cabanas and Petit Cabanas are available to hire with loungers, TV, and fridge. For additional pampering, a range of treatments can be booked at the Guerlain Spa. Guests can also use the gym, sauna and jogging trails to keep in shape.
