Having designed your customized itinerary, your travel specialist will talk you through the details of your trip and refine it based on your feedback. 

3. Book your trip

Once you are completely happy with your itinerary, your travel specialist will explain all the terms of booking with us, giving you complete confidence to book your trip.

4. Before you travel

We'll pre-book all the little details on your behalf, from restaurants and spa treatments to unique experiences. We'll send your final documents and call you to answer any last questions.

5. While you are away

We operate a 24/7 support line so that a member of our team is on-hand if you need us, no matter where you are in the world.

6. When you get home

After your trip, your travel specialist will call you to hear all about your trip and collect your valuable feedback.

Single point of contact

In a nutshell, we provide an end-to-end vacation planning and arrangement service. We're your single point of contact throughout – so long as you want us to be (although if you wish you arrange your own flights or a particular hotel we don’t sell, you can, of course, do this). Our service goes to the minute details; we can book your restaurant reservations, organize tickets to events or almost anything you can think of.

Seamless service

Once we have put your vacation together and you are 100% happy with it, we make all the arrangements with the hotels, airlines, transfer companies and experience providers. We will handle all supplier financial transactions for your trip so you can fully enjoy your time away from home.

Access to preferred rates

We negotiate preferential rates with all our suppliers which means that the price you pay us is usually as good or better as booking and settling directly. What’s more, you have the assurance that should there are any hiccups along the way (the wrong room type, a missed connection…), it is up to us to sort them out for you.
