Nestled in a quiet part of town, the chalet offers upscale accommodation for up to eight adults and four children in four ensuite bedrooms and one four-bed ensuite bunkroom. Spread across five floors, with both stairs and an elevator, the top storey plays host to the spectacular open plan lounge with balcony, dining, and kitchen area. Full of cozy sophistication and warm alpine charm, this wonderful space features triple aspect mountain views courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, along with inviting sofas, fur throws, and wood-burning stove. With a soothing neutral and soft grey palette, it’s the perfect place to curl up with family and friends to swap stories of the day’s mountain adventures. The dining table with statement lighting seats up to 10 and there’s a well-equipped kitchen with a sociable island for chatting to the chef.
The spa facilities are impressive featuring an indoor swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and hammam to recharge and reenergise tired limbs. For entertainment, there’s a dedicated cinema room, bar, and snug TV room. Alongside these facilities is a first-floor office and laundry room, while the boot room and access to the garage is on the ground floor. The garage is shared with neighboring Chalet 1850, which can be booked together with Chalet 1855 to accommodate up to 24 guests.
The bedrooms all feature the same calming palette, rustic charm, and modern amenities as the rest of the chalet, and aside from the bunkroom, all include a TV. The well-appointed ensuite bathrooms include robes, slippers, amenities, and hairdryers, with mid-week towel change. The master bedroom and two additional ensuite double bedrooms are located on the third floor, as well as an additional guest WC. There is one double ensuite on the second floor, while the bunkroom, which has no window or natural light, is on the first floor.
