Le Soléal’s sleek contemporary design with warm wood accents, is an homage to the golden age of private yachting. This stylish small ship offers both the luxury and comfort of exclusive yachting but with the advantage of modern design and technology, enabling the ship to safely sail to some of the world’s most enthralling destinations, including both polar regions. Ice strengthened, the ship has a best-in-class safety and eco-friendly score, allowing guests to relax into the exhilarating itineraries and excursions on offer.As with sister ships, L’Austral, Le Boréal and Le Lyrial, the maximum number of guests is 264, with a crew of 145, all delivering a discreet yet attentive service. Akin to a boutique hotel, the interiors are full of French-inspired chic with neutral hues, sumptuous textures, and stylish artworks. The 132 staterooms and suites are generously sized with seating area, ensuite shower and separate WC. All staterooms sleep up to two guests and include a private balcony, aside from the Superior Staterooms which can accommodate up to three guests and feature a large picture window. Suites can sleep up to four. Standard amenities include Wi-Fi, climate control, on-demand video, Diptyque bathing products and 24-hour room service. Suite amenities include priority boarding, butler service, and daily snacks, while complimentary spa treatments, a Balneao therapeutic bathtub and tailormade trips and itineraries come with the Owner’s Suite.
Onboard, guests can choose from two restaurants, the French fine dining L’Éclipse or the less formal grill restaurant, Le Pythéas. The main lounge includes a bar, dance floor, terrace, and tearoom, while the Panoramic Lounge includes a library and recreation area for photography workshops, viewing and printing images and games, such as Wii and PS4 for children. There is also a theatre for live entertainment and destination presentations, a pool deck with bar, spa, fitness studio, hammam and hair salon. The ship carries 11 Zodiac boats for shore landings and guided wildlife and landscape exploration.
