Boasting refined styling and service, Silversea is prominent in the luxury cruise world. Intimate and personalised, offering the creature comforts of an ultra-luxury cruise, while the boat size is kept small enough to ply the narrow waterways and smaller ports. Outstanding service with nearly one crew member for every guest, and all suites benefit from dedicated butler service.
Revolutionising 21st century cruising, the launch of Silversea’s Silver Ray brings a new level of luxury and sustainability to the world of exclusive sea travel. The company’s second Nova class ship, the Silver Ray echoes the asymmetric design of her sister, the Silver Nova, giving panoramic views, as well as trailblazing sustainability initiatives. The plush all-suite accommodation also includes design-forward aft-facing suites with fantastic 270° views, and a high crew-to-guest ratio, guarantees the 728 guests a personal and enjoyable travel experience.
There are eight dining options including French fine dining, Italian, Asian and the S.A.L.T. Kitchen, where guests can enjoy destination-inspired flavours. Part of Silversea’s Sea and Land Taste Programme (S.A.L.T.), along with dining in the S.A.L.T. Kitchen, locally influenced drinks can be enjoyed at the S.A.L.T. Bar, while cookery lessons and demonstrations are on offer at the S.A.L.T. Lab. There is a selection of bars and lounges for relaxation including the Dusk and Shelter Bars, ideal for a pre- and post-dinner drink or cocktail.
The pool deck boasts comfortable loungers, a pool bar and Jacuzzi area and for additional pampering there is also a spa, beauty salon and fitness centre. Silver Ray’s maiden voyage is scheduled for 2024 and itineraries are set to include the Mediterranean, the US, Caribbean, Central and South America.
