The first 'palace hotel' in France, Hotel Le Bristol has garnered a fantastic reputation since its opening in 1925. Le Bristol has perfected its high-quality and discreet service, and has won a host of awards for its accommodation, spa and restaurants. Situated in the exclusive 8th arrondissement, Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré is one of Paris’ most distinguished shopping streets, housing the boutiques of Christian Lacroix, Givenchy and Dolce & Gabbana, to name but a few.

With views over Rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré and the Jardin Français, tall windows and a muted palette, rooms at Le Bristol are bright and airy, and some of the most spacious in Paris. Antique furnishings in the Louis XV and XVI styles, combined with the soft hues of the colour schemes create a feeling of classical Parisian elegance and sophistication. Magnificent suites feel like refined, traditional Parisian apartments, and some offer spectacular views of the Eiffel Tower.

Dining at Le Bristol is fantastic, and guests are spoilt for choice. At Epicure, chef Eric Frechon creates unique and experimental combinations worthy of the restaurant's 3 Michelin stars. Using the very best French ingredients, Epicure creates delectable dishes to be enjoyed either in the elegant restaurant, or outside in the Jardin Français. A large garden of 1200 sqm, this is the perfect place to relax with a drink, light lunch, or more substantial meal. A real oasis, this is a peaceful haven away from the busy streets of Paris. The second restaurant, 114 Faubourg is also smart but a little more relaxed, and also holds one Michelin star. Delicious, traditional meals are prepared in the open-plan kitchen. Cafe Antonia, named after Marie Antoinette's childhood nickname, is casual but elegant, serving afternoon tea and delicious treats prepared by 'pastry chef of the year', Laurent Jeannin.

The new trendy spot in town, Bar du Bristol is considered one of the best in the world. Refined but comfortable, the expert bartenders will create classic cocktails with their own original twist, meaning each drink is customised for each guest.

Spread over three floors, Spa Le Bristol by La Prairie is a tranquil sanctuary in the heart of Paris. Eight treatment rooms offer a range of soothing therapies, each of which begins in the eucalyptus steam room and ends with a ginger, lemon and honey infusion. The spa also offers an authentic Russian Banya, complete with effusion shower, private hammam and heated marble table for this unique treatment.

There is also an indoor pool with views out over the city as well as a small terrace, perfect for soaking up the sun on a warm day.

A member of the prestigious Oetker Collection, Le Bristol is without doubt one of Paris' finest hotels, and an excellent base for sightseeing, shopping, and exploring all the wonders the City of Lights has to offer.
