Kasbah Tamadot is an authentically styled boutique property less than an hour from Marrakech. Dramatically set in the foothills of the Atlas Mountains and with stunning views towards Jebel Toubkal, the highest peak in north Africa, and a steep lush river valley below, the Kasbah is a walled retreat with peaceful courtyards and landscaped gardens. Its attentive staff come from the surrounding Berber villages, giving a wonderful community feeling.
Within the Kasbah’s walls, the eighteen individually styled rooms and suites, as well as the common areas, are decorated with an eclectic mix of Arabian, Indian and Far Eastern antiques and artefacts. These have been lovingly collected over time by the Kasbah's former owner, a renowned interior designer and antiques dealer. Located in the gardens are ten stunning and spacious Berber Tents, some with their own Jacuzzi.
Enjoy the chef's freshly prepared Moroccan and international dishes in one of the bars or in the stunning main restaurant, Kanoun, or even on the Kasbah's roof terrace. For romantics, private dining is possible at any of the secluded locations in the Kasbah and its gardens. Ingredients are sourced locally and menus change according to the season.

During the school holidays and over selected dates the activities available for children are endless and include treasure hunts, mule trekking, Moroccan tea parties, pool parties and getting to know the Kasbah's menagerie of camels, mules and donkeys. Superior Room
There are three Superior rooms, one looks out over the front courtyard, the other into an interior courtyard and the third forms part of the three bedroom Master Suite and has a large terrace and spectacular views over the Atlas Mountains. The Superior Room in the Master Suite can only be booked separately within 2 months prior to arrival.
The rooms are between 30- 36 square metres, 322 - 387 square feet.
Two Bedroom Superior Suite
The two bedroom Superior Suites have an open sitting area and an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom adjoins to the main seating area and benefits from its own private terrace.
Deluxe Room
All seven Deluxe Rooms have a balcony or terrace. One of the Deluxe Rooms forms part of the Master Suite and interconnects with the Deluxe Suite with pool (Kasbah Tamadot's only interconnecting room). All Deluxe Rooms have a garden, pool or mountain view, the smaller the room in this category the better the view. The rooms are between 31- 33 square metres / 333 - 355 square feet.

Kasbah Tamadot is located at the foothills of the Atlas Mountains, approximately one hour's drive from the centre of Marrakech, Morocco. The hotel sits at an elevation of 1,320m. The nearest village is Asni.
It is a 3-hour 30-minute direct flight to Marrakech Menara Airport. Transfers from the airport take around 1-hour to Kasbah Tamadot.
