Kichic

Mancora is a charming beach town on Peru's northern coast, a short hop away from Lima and something of a surfer's paradise. When it comes to dining there is plenty of choice, with a vegetarian restaurant which utilises a number of ingredients from the hotel's organic garden, and a fish bar which serves up the day's freshest catch, making the most of those distinctive Peruvian flavours.
