The Role
Joining our Singapore Office, the Relationship Manager will personally grow and manage a dedicated pool of Scott Dunn Private Members. This role focuses on nurturing relationships, building highly tailored and detailed travel profiles, and generating highly qualified leads to deliver a lifetime of spend with Scott Dunn Private.
London Office
Location: Hammersmith, London
The Role
The purpose of the assistant role is to support the Scott Dunn Private Team Members in servicing the members, whether that is member facing or behind the scenes. Once the trip is booked, the assistant will support in offering the highest level of personalisation through concierge, quality checks and arranging surprise and delight moments.

This role requires strong commercial acumen, excellent destination knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with suppliers.

Reporting into Head of People & Culture, this dedicated Learning and Development role will be accountable for designing and implementing sales training and any supporting coaching material across our sales community; delivering inductions for all new starters across sales, operations and service; and supporting our expanding Team Leader community to grow the relevant sales support tools to be successful in their roles.
