The hotel’s Pavyllon Restaurant offers modern and relaxed fine dining. Three Michelin-starred Yannick Alléno has created a menu of beautifully balanced flavours and textures, all displaying exquisite attention to detail. Or for breakfast and all-day snacks, head to Le Limùn where you can also enjoy a wonderful afternoon tea. The glamorous Crystal Bar & Terrace serves fine wine and vintage champagne and is a superb place to start and end any evening.
