Pashmina takes all things culinary very seriously, with quality produce and authentic local dishes under the expert eye of award winning chef Romuald Fassenet, in the two restaurants Le Base Camp and the Michelin-starred Les Explorateurs. Every Wednesday, guests can go by snowmobile up the mountain to Chalet de la Marine - the highest in Val Thorens for an evening of traditional gourmet dining - tartiflette, fondue, pot-au-feu and many other regional dishes.

The hotel has a large Spa, with treatment rooms using L'Occitane products, steam room and sauna, with an indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.

The highest ski resort in Europe at 2,300m, Val Thorens forms part of the Trois Vallées with over 600 km of piste - the largest linked ski area in the world. Surrounded by six glaciers, the resort is situated in a vast natural cirque, with guaranteed snow cover from November to May and a ski area offering something for every ability of skier.
