The hotel's onsite restaurant, Ambu, has been uniquely designed to encompass the feeling of sitting amongst in the trees, and features a diverse Balinese menu with local dishes, as well as Western favourites, using some of the best locally-sourced and in-season produce. For guests in need of a frosty cocktail, the bar is the place to head to, where the mixologist will whip up a refreshing concoction.
