Verdura Resort, a Rocco Forte hotel, is an exclusive resort located on the south-west coast of Sicily. There are four restaurants to choose from, including Zagra, the adult only fine dining restaurant, prepared with the freshest local ingredients under the close direction of its Italian celebrity chef Fulvio Pierangelini. Amare is the beach restaurant offering fresh seafood for both lunch and dinner and Liolà, a typical Sicilian Trattoria with pizza oven located in a stunning cliff top position a short walk from the main building.
