I was born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have always had a desire to see the world, so entering the hospitality industry was my ticket to do so. My career in this industry has taken me all over the globe and helped me to foster a deep passion for helping other people do the same.
One of my favorite things about traveling is how much it informs you about your own culture. Of course every country I've visited has done this, but I've always found Japanese culture particularly fascinating. Japan is somewhere you could visit every month for a lifetime and you would still discover something new about it each time. The countries of South-East Asia continue to surprise me with the richness and authenticity of a culture that is very much alive and well. Be warned, the locals you meet in these countries will steal your heart from the get-go. I feel very lucky to be able to help my guests experience this part of the world with Scott Dunn. I also have a passion for wine, so I'd love to have a glass in the wine region of Mendoza, Argentina or Marlborough, New Zealand one day!
