The Iberá Natural Reserve is one of the largest fresh water reservoirs on the continent, and the largest protected area in Argentina. Puerto Valle is nestled in the northeastern corner of the reserve, and has become an extremely convenient gateway to discover its wonders. Its exclusive location provides private access to the wetlands, and its relative proximity to the Iguazú Falls makes a visit to the falls an ideal journey to combine with the Wetlands.
Every activity on the estate is related to the Paraná River, the Estancia and the Wetlands. The heart of the lodge is a traditional manor built in 1868, which has been fully refurbished. Surrounding it is a 14 hectare park, meticulous landscaped to home exotic and native species. Across the park is a pool for relaxation.
Onboard a riverboat, one can discover the exuberant natural treasures hidden in channels and streams that are home to more than fifty tree species per hectare, in an ecozystem that provides the ideal setting for watching birds and howler monkeys.
The thirteen spacious and modern guest rooms all have access to a balcony with attractive views over the extensive landscaped grounds down to the river. The hotel also boasts its own lagoon where you can spot caiman and capybara; an outdoor pool, wine cellar, and a superb restaurant.

Puerto Valle is located in the Mesopotamian region of Argentina, more precisely, in Ituzaingó, Corrientes Province. It is a privileged location, as it is only 55 km from the Posadas Airport and 355 km from Puerto Iguazú for visiting the Iguazu Falls. Though there are no flights between Puerto Iguazú and Posadas, there is a road that connects both locations.
