  • Sip a cocktail and listen to live jazz in the atmospheric American Bar.

  • Enjoy free access to the Casino, one of Europe’s top spas and the exclusive Monte-Carlo Beach Club.

Built in 1864, to house the high rollers from the neighboring casino, the Hôtel de Paris enjoys a prime location with fabulous Mediterranean views, while its guests enjoy the sumptuous décor, internationally renowned restaurants, and exquisite personal service. Subject of a multi-million-pound refit, this wonderful Belle Epoque building has been given a 21st century update, while retaining its historic appeal. The famous glass dome in the lobby remains but two new guest wings have been completely rebuilt and an interior garden courtyard, resplendent with palms, boutiques and marble colonnades has been added.

The rooms and suites feature elegant furnishings, panelled walls, Art Deco accents, a soothing neutral palette and offer either city, harbor, casino, or sea views. Ensuite marble bathrooms feature double vanities and separate WC, and nearly all include a balcony. Amenities include Wi-Fi and premium bath products. Superior Rooms sleep up to two adults, while Deluxe and Exclusive Rooms offer a choice of view and sleep up to three guests.

Junior Suites feature a choice of view and a lounge area, while Suites have the benefit of a separate living area and the option for two bedrooms, sleeping up to six guests. The most prestigious Diamond Suites offer exceptional space, large terrace with sea or casino view and a choice of two bedrooms. For a truly luxurious stay, book either the Diamond Suite Princess Grace or the Diamond Suite Prince Rainier III, both come with a private heated infinity pool.

The dining options are a feature of the hotel which is home to one of the world’s finest restaurants, the three Michelin star Le Louis XV, where Alain Ducasse elevates Mediterranean flavors to other-worldly levels with flawless execution. The wine list is also one of the most exclusive and extensive on the planet. The one-star Le Grill has a famous rotisserie and sliding roof and was first established to satisfy the cravings of Maria Callas to dine overlooking three countries at once.

For morning coffee and afternoon tea, head to the Café de Paris brasserie, while the newly opened Em Sherif brings a Lebanese twist to Mediterranean classics. Another standout is the American Bar, with its soft lighting, leather armchairs, timeless cocktails, and live jazz, making it an atmospheric spot to relax in.

Not only does the hotel offer one of the best places to enjoy the Monaco F1 Grand Prix, but it is also responsible for one of Europe’s finest spas, Thermes Marins Monte-Carlo, famous for its preventative and wellness programs. Guests get free access to the complex which includes a sauna, fitness room, outdoor Jacuzzi, and restaurant terrace. Guests also enjoy free access to the legendary Casino de Monte-Carlo and the Monte-Carlo Beach Club, as well as preferential rates at the Monte-Carlo Golf Club.
