Once the ancient farmhouse owned by Prince Nicolac the idyllic property has been lovingly restored into the ultimate luxury experience, taking great care to the environment and eco sustainability. Il San Corrado di Noto boasts a sublime location nestled in ancient olive groves, close to Noto and a short drive to the hotels’ exclusive private beach club on the Mediterranean coast.

The beautifully designed and expansive suites have direct access to the large ‘green pool’ and the Junior pool suites with their own private pool and terrace. The villas all come with a private pool and MyRun in room. You will be blown away by the gourmet fine dining option, Principe di Belludia, as well as the Sicilian pasta house and pool and cocktail bar, offering delicious light meals and snacks and very tempting sunset cocktails. The two large pools are a designer feat, with the ‘one hundred blue’ pool, stretching the length of one hundred meters, along one length of the whole resort, the perfect configuration of some decent lengths for swimming lovers. The other pool being the large ‘green pool’ in the heart of the resort, the perfect oasis for a gentle dip from your suite, a refreshing cocktail at the pool bar and soaking up the glorious sun’s rays. Wellness is very strongly featured here having been designed following an innovative idea of wellness, based on space, freedom, privacy and exclusive immersion, you will find a yoga pavilion and spa for pure relaxation. For the more active there is the fully equipped gym and tennis courts.

Complimentary transfers will take you to the hotel’s private beach club, where soft white sand meets the warm azure blue sea, with sunbeds, vibrant restaurant and bar, the perfect way to while away the day. The hotel is also the perfect location for visiting the many highlights of Sicily. Close to Noto and the surrounding area you are perfectly placed for many Baroque excursions to Marzamemi, Vendicari, Ancient Noto, Cavagrandedel Cassibile and Faraglioni of Ciriga, as well as a multitude of wine, cheese and olive tastings, cooking classes and truffle hunting.
