Cervinia

With the dramatic views of the Matterhorn as its backdrop, Cervinia is one of the highest and most snow-sure ski resorts in the Alps. Combining great altitude and snowfall with many bluebird days, this makes for a top ski vacation with family and friends.

Cervinia

Sitting at 2050m, Cervinia is one of Italy’s most popular ski destinations with a myriad of runs connecting with the Zermatt ski area. Predominantly suiting intermediate skiers, there is a good choice of beginner and advanced runs to please all members of your group, with plenty of wide, easy-going runs and trickier glacier skiing for the more advanced. There are many snow-based activities to enjoy while in the resort, including cross-country skiing, dog sledding, heli-skiing, ice climbing, outdoor ice skating and paragliding to name a few.

The cobbled streets in the town center are full of shops, streetside cafés and plenty of restaurants offering a wonderful choice of food. For post-ski après drinks head to the sun-drenched terraces overlooking the home runs, and into the evening there are plenty of lively bars to enjoy.
