Pangkor Laut Resort has 140  rooms, which are located in villas either nestled into the rainforest on the island's hillside or perched on stilts over the bay's azure waters. The interior of the villas meld contemporary comfort with traditional design elements. All of the villas boast large bathrooms with over-sized bathtubs, and either a terrace or balcony with sunloungers. There are some wonderful dining options to choose from. The cuisine on offer ranges across Asian flavors at the Feast Village, Uncle Lim's Kitchen and the private dining experience at The Straits, international dishes and lighter options at the Royal Bay Beach Club and the beachside Chapman's Bar and delicious fresh seafood at the renowned Fisherman's Cove. There are also some fabulous destination dining locations. The resort also has plenty of facilities to enjoy. There is an inviting swimming pool which overlooks the bay. The heavenly four-acre Spa Village also has its own pool, reserved for spa guests. The spa's pavilions have been specially designed to facilitate a huge range of treatments, including practices from India, Bali, Thailand and Malaysia. There is plenty of opportunity to make the most of the resort's incredible natural surroundings, with island hopping, snorkeling and fishing trips, jungle trekking, and a number of watersports.
