Chablé Maroma

There are 70 suites which are dotted throughout the jungle, all beautifully blending Mexican and modern style. As well as their own plunge pool, each suite boasts a huge indoor/outdoor shower, a large private terrace and plenty of space for relaxing. The main part of the hotel is home to a swimming pool, the hotel spa and the two restaurants, inspired by the creations of acclaimed Mexican chef Jorge Vallejo. Breakfast is served at the casual poolside restaurant Kaban, which also serves seafood and light dishes throughout the day. Bu'ul and the Raw Bar use a range of fresh Mexican ingredients to create a selection of sophisticated dishes, showcasing Jorge Vallejo's culinary flair.
