Hotel Le Toiny nestles on a remote and unspoiled hillside on the south east coast of St Barths in an area of the island known as Côte Sauvage. This is a small and stylish Relais & Chateaux property with architecture influenced by the old plantation houses of the French West Indies. The property has recently been renovated with another 8 one bedroom suites being the latest addition.
There are 22 stylish fully detached private suites in the heart of a 17 hectare palm grove bordered by Toiny beach. Each Suite has a terrace with private pool with glorious views down to the Caribbean Sea and beyond. Surrounded by a beautiful tropical landscape, the accommodation options include one bedroom suites either on one level or duplex and a two bedroom suite.The décor of the suites has a chic beach theme with bleached wood floors and stylish, unfussy interiors that make the most of the picturesque views.
The Toiny Beach Club has sunbeds in the sand and offers water sports, a heated pool and the beach restaurant where you can enjoy lunch with your feet in the sand. The secluded beach is accessible by private shuttle from the hotel.
The Le Toiny Restaurant, overlooks the main pool and the Caribbean Sea and offers refined cuisine with European inspiration, featuring delicious fresh ingredients, sourced locally where possible, so expect mahi-mahi, lobster ravioli or octopus as well as a wine-pairing menu. There is also an open-air bar, offering delectable champagne and oysters as well as cocktails in a cozy and relaxed setting overlooking the infinity pool, perfect for a pre-dinner aperitif.
The ‘Serenity Spa Cottage’ is located on the beach at Anse Le Toiny and is a 10-minute stroll down the hill and where there also are plenty of water sports on offer. Boat excursions around the island and hiking trips can also be arranged by the hotel.
