It is very difficult to predict the weather in the United Kingdom - in the summer from May to late September is generally seen as the most pleasant time to visit. Rainfall is difficult to predict - but the UK does not receive as much as many are led to believe! In the winters, temperatures do fall, but the Christmas atmosphere in London is not to be missed.

Day 1: Welcome to London
Arrive in London and transfer to your centrally located hotel to relax before starting your adventure. London, a vibrant melting pot of culture, history, and iconic landmarks, is yours to explore. After settling in, your driver will meet you at the hotel for a thrilling city tour in a classic Mini Cooper, a symbol of British heritage. Your expert driver-guide will share captivating stories of London’s transformation, from the revitalisation of the East End to iconic landmarks like the Shard and the Gherkin. This immersive experience offers a unique perspective on the city’s dynamic changes, all while you zip through charming streets and trendy districts.
Later, enjoy a delicious dinner at one of London’s renowned eateries, showcasing the city’s diverse culinary scene. Afterward, unwind and prepare for another exciting day ahead.
Day 2: Life of a Royal
Start your day with a front-row view of the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace, an iconic ceremony steeped in British tradition. Then, take a stroll to Westminster Abbey, where British monarchs have been crowned, married, and buried for centuries. Marvel at the Gothic architecture, tombs, and the Coronation Chair.
In the afternoon, head to the Tower of London, a historic fortress where you’ll discover its fascinating—and at times dark—history. Visit the Crown Jewels, including the dazzling Imperial State Crown, and immerse yourself in the legacy of British royalty.
Day 3: Churchill War Rooms & Borough Market
Start your morning with a visit to the Churchill War Rooms, the underground bunker that housed Britain’s wartime strategy during World War II. Explore preserved rooms, including Winston Churchill’s office and the map room, while learning about the pivotal decisions made during this tumultuous period.
In the afternoon, head to Borough Market for a guided culinary tour. Day 4 - Arrival in The Cotswolds
This morning, leave behind the hustle of London for the tranquil beauty of the Cotswolds. Your private transfer takes you on a scenic drive through the rolling hills, setting the tone for the day ahead. Your first stop is Oxford, a city renowned for its academic heritage. Meet your local guide and explore this historic town, starting with the Bodleian Library, one of Europe’s oldest and most impressive libraries. Next, visit Christ Church College, whose stunning chapel and connection to “Harry Potter” are world-famous. Wander the picturesque grounds, steeped in academic history, before heading on to your peaceful countryside hotel in Broadway, nestled among the rolling hills and charming villages. This serene retreat is the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploration.
Day 5 - Cotswolds Historic Past
Begin your day at Sudeley Castle, an enchanting historic site surrounded by picturesque gardens. As you explore the castle’s ornate interiors and extensive art collection, learn about its connection to Queen Catherine Parr, the last wife of Henry VIII. The grounds, with their themed gardens and sweeping views of the Cotswolds countryside, provide a perfect backdrop for the history and beauty that surround you.
Afterward, head to Broadway Tower, an 18th-century folly offering panoramic views of the Cotswolds. Climb to the top for a bird's-eye view of the surrounding countryside before heading back to the village of Broadway to explore its quaint shops and boutiques, soaking in the charming atmosphere of this iconic Cotswolds village.
Day 6 - Quintessential Villages
Today, enjoy a guided walk through some of the Cotswolds’ most enchanting villages. Begin with Upper and Lower Slaughter, where peaceful paths follow the River Eye, offering idyllic views of the surrounding countryside. Then, visit Bourton-on-the-Water, known as the “Venice of the Cotswolds,” with its charming stone bridges and delightful Model Village.
Stop for lunch at the Organic Daylesford Farm, a haven for local produce and organic delights, before continuing to Stow-on-the-Wold. Wander the historic market square, explore antique shops, and visit St. Edward’s Church, where ancient yew trees frame the church door, creating a magical fairytale scene. Day 7 - Departure
After a leisurely breakfast, your private transfer will collect you from your hotel and take you to the airport for your onward journey. Though your adventure has come to a close, you’ll leave with cherished memories and stories of your time in London and the Cotswolds.
