Itinerary

Day 1-4

On Land: Savor the serenity and wildlife

Today you will take your private transfer (either helicopter or seaplane) to Sonora Lodge, where you will be staying for the next three nights. This is the perfect start to your wilderness getaway as you experience the abundant wildlife, outdoor lifestyle and unspoiled beauty of this stunning part of British Columbia.
Sonora is in a wonderfully secluded location with a wealth of experiences at your doorstep. Step aboard one of the resort's Eaglemaster boats and be whisked off into untapped territory, searching for eagles, seals, dolphins, and even the most exciting find in this part of the world, grizzly bears! You can also join an epic salmon fishing trip in this secluded stretch of calm water with the stunning landscape surrounding you. Or travel through the swirling whirlpools of Blind Channel in the zodiac-style boat while searching for Steller sea lions, Dall’s porpoises and Harbor seals. When you’re not out embracing the rugged landscape relax at the lodge with delicious meals with the finest local ingredients, enjoy a movie in the resort's own movie theater, indulge in a treatment in the luxurious spa, swim in the heated outdoor pool, with its breathtaking views over the sound or simply relax with a book in the resort’s charming conservatory.
