The hotel's bar, Off the Record, is a great place to relax and enjoy some cocktails and live music in the evenings, too and has been voted as one of the world's best hotel bars.
The main sights of the city are all easily accessed on foot from here, and there are bikes to borrow (along with helmets and locks) if you prefer to explore on two wheels.
