The restaurant offers a buffet breakfast composed of Japanese and western cuisines, including Hoba-miso grill and dishes cooked from local ingredients, and dinner, including the Hida beef, a brand beef boasted by Hidatakayama, and local specialties of Hidatakayama.
Make the most of the traditional garden-like-hot-spring-baths whilst you are here with several types to choose at the hotel, the traditional Onsen offers rejuvenation to the mind and body. Purely Japanese-style baths where you can look out upon a Japanese garden while enjoying the refreshing scent and natural warmth of cypress wood. There are also private outdoor baths in an intimate space where you can enjoy some of the finest hot spring water on the 9th floor, the highest floor of the hotel.
