The hotel is designed and furnished to an impressive level in the signature Aman style, with subtle lighting, soothing colors and natural woods combined with oriental touches. You will be treated to exceptional dining at Nama, where head Chef Keiji Matoba specializes in washoku, a traditional form of Japanese cuisine with exquisite flavors and impeccable presentation. Serving exquisite sashimi, sushi and signature dishes such as succulent Wagyu beef and Otoro tuna, as well as a range of warming ramen dishes. Head to the hotel’s Terrace with its superb mountain and village views, the perfect spot for a coffee, lunch, afternoon tea or après-ski drinks.
The piste-side ski room is wonderfully spacious and staffed by a knowledgeable team who offer an efficient service, helping you on and off with your boots and setting your skis out ready on the edge of the piste.
