Overlooking the crashing waves of the Atlantic and the rugged Twelve Apostles mountains, Beyond boasts a prestigious location at the highest point in Clifton, Cape Town’s most exclusive suburb. Beyond is sleek and modern, with floor-to-ceiling walls of glass to best take in the views. An infinity-edge pool merges with the deep blues of the ocean beyond, with clever use of modular sliding doors and walls that bring the outside in.
 
This luxurious, flexible space is furnished with the very best design-led pieces and works of local African and contemporary art, with muted tones and earthy textures allowing the spectacular natural environment to take center stage.  Six spacious bedrooms are spread across the villa, each with their own en-suite bathroom and luxurious, comfortable beds and the softest linens. Open-plan entertainment areas, private balconies and an expansive terrace have all been designed to face the water, making the most of the lofty position. A fully-equipped gym, sauna and steam room accompany the rim-flow pool to allow for total relaxation at the villa, with the larger fitness center and rooftop pool at the Silo Hotel just a short drive away should guests wish for a change of scene.  
 
Private chefs can be arranged for in-villa dining, using the state-of-the-art kitchen to create world-class cuisine.
