The spacious dining and bar space showcases the superb view across the harbour from floor to ceiling windows whilst an oversized fire pit reflects golden hues and enhances a warm sense of place. The Old Wharf Restaurant which is led by Saffire Freycinet's former Head Chef Simon Pockran showcases the best of Tasmania's local produce from local oysters to crayfish as well as artisanal produce crafted on Tasmania soil.
